Omer Eroglu is pursuing his doctoral degree in the Mechatronics Research Group (M-Group) within KU Leuven’s Department of Electrical Engineering. His research centers on implementing Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) systems to integrate software and machine learning methodologies for continuous electromagnetic interference (EMI) monitoring applications. This work focuses on developing systems capable of not only detecting but also actively responding to electromagnetic disturbances, thereby ensuring fault-tolerant and fail-operational performance in assistive healthcare technologies under the DN-AERIALIST project framework.

He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Middle East Technical University in 2021 and completed his Master’s degree at TOBB University of Economics and Technology in 2025.

His primary research areas include telecommunications, remote sensing technologies, and broadband systems.
